Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Veloura™. We work hard to make sure your Overnight Renewal Mask arrives quickly, safely, and in pristine condition. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on all orders over $50. Otherwise $4.99.
  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99 flat rate.
  • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days): $19.99 flat rate.

International Shipping

We proudly ship Veloura™ worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time through the Track Order link in our header. If you don't see the email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if needed, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Veloura™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@veloura.com — we'll do our best to update before dispatch.
